May Break

Took the family for half term, Villa in a perfect position for both the beach, town and marina. All within a 5 - 10 min walk. The Villa itself is lovely, lots of space with light and airy rooms with everything you need. The pool and outdoor area has plenty of room with lovely views across the marina entrance. Great communication from the owner Mark made everything very easy and uncomplicated. Would recommend 100%

Just wonderful

Our group ranged from 2 to 66 years of age and Marks beautiful house was great for everyone. The heated pool was well used (particularly by the 2 year old) and adults made good use of the lighting for midnight swims. We enjoyed some bbqs, but spent a lot of time just chilling in the lovely surroundings. Location could not be better with easy walking to the marina, town and beach. Mark is an excellent host, and I would most certainly recommend his villa for a holiday.

Great time in Cala d'Or

Our family of 9 had an excellent time staying at Mark's villa in Cala d'Or! Beautiful villa placed within a short walking distance to the marina and center of Cala d'Or. The view is great and the outdoor area with the pool gives you all the privacy and relaxation you need. The house itself was impeccably clean and very spacious. Mark is an excellent host. Answered very quickly to questions when we were choosing villa to stay at, making the choice to stay at his villa an easy one. All in all a 5-star host and villa! Can easily recommend :)

Fantastic Family Holiday

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Estura. This was our 5th visit as a family to Cala D’or and it was the best villa we have stayed in. Given we have stayed in some excellent ones previously, this represents high praise for Villa Estura. The villa is in a great location for the marina and the old town. The villa is finished to a high standard and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again in the future and we thank the owners for sharing their villa with us.

What a great place to relax and enjoy a holiday

This is a great villa in a good location, down a quiet lane yet close to the centre of Cala D'or and 5 minutes walk from the marina. We were a family of 8 (6 adults and 2 small children) but the design of the villa enabled us to have our own space. The kitchen/living room is a great social space and very well equipped, especially on those nights when you have had a busy day and just want a night in. The pool is a place to enjoy yourself, easy for us to sit/relax or keep the two boys (5 boys really) entertained. Many thanks to Mark and Bridget for the villa and all the work they did in making it a good holiday.

Linda's family reunion

This is an amazing property in an equally amazing setting, ideally situated for bars, restaurants and shops, also for exploring the marina and little coves and beaches. Very high recommended. The management company (Nathalie)were helpful and responded quickly and efficiently, organising our return transport and various enquiries. Thank you Mark for sharing your dream house with us and helping us make many happy memories

Stunning !

Having stayed at various villas over the last decade in Cala D'or We can honestly say that we have found one of the best. The layout and overall feel of this villa is simply stunning - all those small details have been thought about and catered for we really can not fault this villa at all and thank you to the wonderful owners who are really great to deal with a seamless process from start to finish and we can't simply wait to rebook !

Amazing Villa , Outstanding Location

Villa Estuary is a lovely modern villa with outstanding views and the perfect location within walking distance of beaches, the marina as well as the town. Very clean and comfortable villa with a heated pool and all the comforts needed to have a great holiday. The owners were extremely responsive but during our stay we had no need to contact them as the Villa is fully equipped and we had zero issues during our stay. I would highly recommend Villa Estuary for any group (up to 10) looking for a great place to stay and enjoy Cala d'Or and all it has to offer.

Paradise

Well the best recommendation for this stunning viila is shown by the amount of people who return year after year I have been 3 times with family and friends So we'll positioned and equipped My grandchildren love the pool so much we couldn't get them out of it at night and straight back in the next morning One of them learning to swim in it in the week we were there Perfect relaxing area on the patio so can keep a close watch on them Mark as always provides unbeatable customer service, thanks so much looking forward to next year

Beautiful Home

Wow what can we say, Villa Estura is the most beautiful rental villa, but more than that it felt like a home. The Villa is very well laid out and has a gorgeous master suite. It has every home comfort and everything you’ll need (yes even a good hairdryer!) The air con is separately controlled and very effective. The outside areas of Villa Estura were perfect, we paid the have the pool heated given we were there early in the season and I’m glad we did so as we made good use of the pool. More than enough loungers for everyone and a lovely big table for family lunches and Uno matches. The upstairs terrace area had such a beautiful view and was the most perfect place I have found yet for my morning yoga, so peaceful with the sound of the Estuary waves lapping in the background, sheer bliss. I cannot fault Mark for his excellent communication throughout our booking. The biggest recommendation we have is that we’re booked again for next year! We really felt we’d found everything everyone in our family was looking for.

A superb place to stay for a wonderful holiday.

We have just returned from a wonderful family holiday in this beautiful, spacious and well equipped villa that more than met our expectations. The ground floor has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom so when our grandchildren woke early, they and their parents had access to the kitchen, lounge and garden without disturbing the rest of the family. Being able to control the air conditioning in each room was a real bonus too. Situated in a quiet part of Cala d'or, the Villa is close to the stunning Marina ,the beach and the town with its many restaurants. We spent hours relaxing watching the boats pass by whilst the children played in the heated pool or in the well maintained and secure garden. There are sun loungers around the pool and if you want to escape the rest of the family there are more sun loungers on the first floor. Mark is a superb owner. He says his aim is to have satisfied customers and he certainly works hard to make sure that comes true.

Villa Estura Cala D’or

Have just returned from our first visit to this wonderful villa. The Villa was nothing short of stunning with everything we could ask for. The rooms are spacious, tastefully furnished, comfortable and air conditioned. Villa Estura is well equipped with excellent appliances. You really couldn’t ask for more. We spent most of our time on the patio next to the perfectly heated pool, soaking up the sun. As well as the 10 sun beds available on the patio, there is ample seating in a shaded area and a lovely alfresco dining area that we took advantage of all the time. The grounds are very private and beautifully maintained with the only access being via a secure gate so we were confident of the girls safety. Our visit was made even better by Mark’s support, both before our visit and also thanks to his recommendations and advice during our stay. We are all desperate to return to Villa Estura and become one of the many families who make repeat visits. A glance at the visitors book emphasises how satisfied Mark’s clients are. If we could give a higher score than 5* we would!!
